Wine reaches Iridium quality in a cask (in the cellar) after 56 days, doubling its price (e.g. Ancient Fruit wine 1650→3300, 4620 with Artisan).

What can age

Wine, beer, pale ale, and goat/cow milk cheeses can age; regular jam doesn't need aging.

The cellar

Comes with the Farmhouse upgrade that includes a cellar — the only place casks work.
