Keg: fruit becomes Wine (base x3, 7 days); vegetables become Juice (base x2.25, 4 days). Preserves Jar: fruit becomes Jelly (base x2 + 50, 3 days); vegetables become Pickles (base x2 + 50, 3 days).
•Which for which crop
High base-value fruit (Starfruit, Ancient Fruit, Melon) goes in Kegs. Cheap, high-yield produce (Blueberry, Cranberry, Tomato, Pumpkin) goes in Jars for faster cash.
•Don't waste Kegs
Never put low-value berries (Salmonberry, Blackberry) in Kegs — their per-day gain is poor. Sell them or jar them; save Kegs for crops over 100g base.
•Artisan profession
The Artisan profession adds +40% to all artisan goods, which is why processing almost always beats selling raw.
